If you are searching for the best Broken Bow luxury cabins in Beavers Bend State Park, there are many “Best Choices” depending on your requirements.

If you have lots of children, bunk beds may be a cabin feature that resonates with you. Our Mountain Vista cabin is a great fit for children, but we intentionally do not have bunk beds in our vacation home.

Bunk beds would be too tight of a fit for our friends who visit Mountain Vista cabin with us. Our acreage and walking trails around the cabin make it a great place for children to explore while enjoying the scenery in Beavers Bend.

When shopping for a luxury cabin in Broken Bow, OK, there are several factors that you should consider before making a reservation:

1. Make sure you will receive personalized attention if needed. If a company is renting 30-50 luxury cabins, how quickly do you think they can respond to you if you are having trouble starting the hot tub?

2. Even if you have reserved a cabin in an upscale addition such as ours in Southern Hills, chances are you may be only feet away from a noisy road. Our Mountain Vista sits high atop a huge hill, away from the traffic and on many acres of private property.

3. Be aware of hidden charge scams. Many cabin management companies charge extra for firewood, insurance and cleaning. Never pay these charges…take your business elsewhere.

July 4th Beavers Bend Cabin Openings

July 4th Beavers Bend cabin openings are difficult to find this close to the holiday.

We recommend Broken Bow Lake cabin visitors begin booking their holiday dates for the year in January. July 4th Beavers Bend cabin openings are extremely popular, but there are a few things you can do to enhance your chances of landing a luxury cabin in Beavers Bend, even this late.

1. Contact Beavers Bend cabin companies and get on a waiting list. All reputable luxury cabin companies should have a waiting list.

2. Keep checking availability calendars. There are over a thousand reservations for Broken Bow Lake cabins this weekend…there will be cancelations somewhere. It takes a little work, but many luxury cabin companies keep their calendars updated in real-time. Keep popping on websites and hopefully you will get lucky and land a cabin at the last-minute.

3. Consider staying at a cabin north of Beavers Bend State Park and Broken Bow Lake. Smithville and Battiest have cabins for rent near the Glover River. You will be only 30 minutes away from Broken Bow Lake and Beavers Bend.

The area north of the lake and state park are beautiful near Smithville and Battiest. If you are searching for July 4th Beavers Bend cabin openings and really want to stay in our area, this is a nice alternative.

Our next opening at Mountain Vista is July 6-10 and we have no weekends available until late August.

Kiamichi Owa-Chito Festival of the Forest

The Kiamichi Owa-Chito Festival of the Forest is a wildly popular event held each June at Beavers Bend State Park in Broken Bow, OK. The festival features forestry competitions and showcases the heritage and culture of Kiamichi Country.

Cabins in Beavers Bend are always booked solidly during this third week of June annual extravaganza as thousands flock to the Broken Bow Lake area from across the ArkLaTex. The event features fantastic food, concerts, pageants, a 5K run and much more, including golf and softball tournaments.

Beavers Bend Cabin Reviews

We’re fortunate to have many great Beavers Bend cabin reviews. Our guests enjoy our views and the extra little touches we provide for our visitors. Here’s a recent pic of our deck view at Mountain Vista Cabin in Beavers Bend and notes from a couple of our guests over the past few weeks. We still find it hilarious, yet amazingly unethical, that another cabin company in Broken Bow is using our view on their website to market cabins. We’ve mentioned it a few times on social media and our blog here, but have yet to reveal their website. We may…Many visitors to Beavers Bend cabin websites have noticed too…they’ve told us!

Should we spill the beans and expose unethical business behavior or let it ride? Let us know your thoughts. Our last question on any business or marketing decision is always “Is this the right thing?” The marketing and ethical landscape has certainly changed recently for several Beavers Bend cabin companies. Many don’t tell you there’ s another cabin only yards away and others say their place comfortably sleeps 12 when truly, it’s only six. They never say “Hey, we’re close to a noisy road, come visit us!” Some outfits are juggling 25-50 cabins, and trying to rent them with the cheapest marketing tactics and low-budget technology possible. They steal our highly marketed 20 mile-view pictures, slap it on their website and “Shazam”…”We’ve got views like this too!” Don’t fall for it.

We’ve taken an aggressive approach this year to educate Beavers Bend and Broken Bow Lake cabin visitors on the tricks of the trade some use to get your reservation…Firewood charges, ridiculous incidental fees, extra cleaning bills and anything possible to choke out your credit card. If you’re speaking with someone who is taking calls a cabin agency trying to rent scores of cabins…Good luck, you may need it!

If you’re a high-end luxury cabin owner in Beavers Bend and would like to have professionally produced video tours, like ours, to market your property , let us know.
